The Nanyuan Neighborhood Service Center Project, located in the Jiangbei New Area of Nanjing, China promises to be an important service hub in the New Area. This 22,000 m2 masterplan integrates public service, culture, education, sports, health and business within a branding and franchise-oriented large-scale community-level service center.
The main functions, which account for approximately 78,000 m2 of new program area, include a new community service center, community health center, community business center and other supporting facilities.
The project strives to embody the client’s goals of “Three Zones & One Platform” in order to build a new urban demonstration zone. The Nanyuan Neighborhood Service Center will strengthen the support capability of the entire Jiangbei New Area by creating a new and innovative model for public service delivery.
